- Any claim arising from services availed for minors shall be solely the responsibility of the accompanying guardian.

OZRABAS acts as a facilitator and intermediary only and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from such third-party interactions.

OZRABAS may contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels for promotional offers, travel deals, and updates. By providing us with your contact details, you expressly consent to receiving such communications from us.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

13. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF CLAIMS

- Any dispute between you and a third-party hotel, airline, cab operator, visa agency, or other service provider
- Unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security
- Any loss or damage arising from events beyond OZRABAS's control including force majeure events
- Decisions or outcomes arising from travel advisories, visa refusals, or government actions
- Inaccurate information provided by the user at the time of booking
OZRABAS's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or related to this Policy or our services shall, in no event, exceed the total amount paid by that user for the specific booking in relation to which the claim arises.
OZRABAS provides travel services in good faith and on a best-efforts basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, availability, continuity, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any travel service facilitated by us through third-party vendors.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA
This Privacy Policy, and all matters arising out of or related to it, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, GRIEVANCES, OR CONTROVERSIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INCLUDING THE RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT (JAIPUR BENCH).

- Submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the civil and commercial courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
- Waive any objection to the laying of venue of any proceeding in Jaipur
- Waive any claim of inconvenient forum or any other similar defense
- Agree that any judgment or order issued by Jaipur courts shall be binding and enforceable
No legal proceeding against OZRABAS shall be instituted in any court, tribunal, forum, or jurisdiction other than the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Any proceedings initiated outside this jurisdiction shall be deemed void and without legal force and OZRABAS holds all rights to defend, litigate and argue any dispute within the jurisdictions stated above only.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Notwithstanding the above, OZRABAS reserves the right to require that any dispute be first submitted to binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by OZRABAS in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). Such arbitration shall be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding. The existence of a dispute shall not relieve either party of its obligation to continue performance under any agreement.
The governing law applicable to arbitration shall be Indian law. Nothing in this section shall prevent OZRABAS from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from competent courts in Jaipur.
15. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
OZRABAS reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be:
