CRITICAL NOTICE

OZRABAS OPERATES A STRICT NO-CASH-REFUND POLICY. ALL AMOUNTS PAID ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASH.

2. NO-REFUND POLICY — CORE TERMS

THE FOLLOWING CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE NO-REFUND POLICY OF OZRABAS GLOBAL WAYFARER SERVICES.

2.1 ALL AMOUNTS PAID TO OZRABAS — including booking deposits, advance payments, partial payments, full payments, and any other sums — ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASH OR BY BANK TRANSFER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

2.2 This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • Personal reasons (change of mind, family issues, work commitments, personal emergencies)
  • Medical reasons or illness (including hospitalization)
  • Visa rejection or denial by embassy/consulate
  • Flight cancellation by airline
  • Death of a travel companion (subject to documentation)
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions (Force Majeure)
  • OZRABAS exercising its right to modify the itinerary or substitute services
  • Dissatisfaction with services during the trip

2.3 NO EXCEPTIONS shall be made to this policy, irrespective of the circumstances or the stage at which cancellation is made.

2.4 However, In the event of any cancellation—whether initiated by the Client, OZRABAS, or a Third-Party Vendor—OZRABAS’s No-Refund Policy shall apply in its entirety. However, in cases where a Third-Party Vendor independently processes and remits a refund to OZRABAS on the Client's behalf, the Client shall be entitled to receive only the net amount actually received by OZRABAS. This amount shall be disbursed after the deduction of all applicable cancellation charges, vendor penalties, payment gateway fees, TCS/GST, OZRABAS’s service fees, and any other administrative deductions as determined by the company. While OZRABAS will make every effort to remit such funds at the earliest, there is no guaranteed timeline for the remittance.

2.5 Furthermore, any refund or credit issued by OZRABAS outside of these terms shall be at its sole and absolute discretion, granted strictly as a goodwill gesture. Such an act does not constitute a waiver of the No-Refund Policy, nor does it establish a legal right or entitlement for the Client to claim a refund.

3. CANCELLATION CHARGES SCHEDULE

While no cash refunds are issued, the following cancellation charge schedule determines the quantum of the forfeited amount:

For Holiday Packages, Hotel Bookings, and B2B Services:

  • Cancellation at any time after booking confirmation: MINIMUM 30% of Total Package Value forfeited (this is the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellation between 60 to 31 days before departure: 50% of Total Package Value forfeited.
  • Cancellation between 30 to 15 days before departure: 75% of Total Package Value forfeited.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of departure: 100% of Total Package Value forfeited.
  • No-show (failure to travel without prior notice): 100% of Total Package Value forfeited.

For Flights and IRCTC Bookings:

100% of the flight cost and IRCTC cost forfeited upon cancellation, subject to airline fare rules and Indian Railway’s rules. Any refund from the airline/ Indian Railways (if applicable) will be credited to the User ONLY after receipt from the airline/ Indian Railways, net of OZRABAS's service charges.

For Visa Fees:

100% of visa application fees forfeited in all cases. No refund from embassy/consulate fees.

For Activities & Day Tours:

  • 100% forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours of the activity.
  • 50% forfeited for cancellations between 3 to 7 days prior.
  • These rates are subject to the specific supplier's cancellation policy, which may be more stringent.

The cancellation schedule above represents MINIMUM charges. Actual forfeiture may be higher if third-party suppliers have already been paid and those costs are non-recoverable. The exact forfeiture amount will be communicated in the Quotation.

4. CREDIT NOTE POLICY

In exceptional and well-documented circumstances, OZRABAS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer the User a Travel Credit Note in lieu of the forfeited amount. This is a grace gesture and is NOT a right of the User. The following conditions apply:

  • Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Credit Notes are non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Credit Notes may be applied toward future bookings with OZRABAS, subject to availability and pricing at the time of rebooking.
  • Credit Notes cover the credit amount only and do not lock in original pricing. Any difference in package price must be paid by the User.
  • OZRABAS reserves the right to refuse issuance of a Credit Note in cases where third-party costs have been fully incurred.

The issuance of a Credit Note does not constitute an admission of liability by OZRABAS and does not entitle the User to any further claims.

5. MODIFICATION POLICY

Requests to modify a confirmed booking (change of dates, destinations, passenger count, room category, or any other component) are subject to the following:

  • All modification requests must be submitted in writing to OZRABAS at the earliest.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and supplier approval at the time of the request.
  • A modification fee of INR 2,500 per person (or as specified in the Quotation) applies to each modification request, in addition to any cost difference.
  • OZRABAS does not guarantee that modifications will be accommodated. If the requested modification is unavailable, the original booking terms remain binding.
  • Date changes within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with full cancellation charges applicable.

6. ITINERARY CHANGES BY OZRABAS

OZRABAS reserves the right to modify, substitute, or alter any component of the confirmed itinerary due to:

  • Unavailability of a booked hotel, flight, or service
  • Force majeure events
  • Operational or safety requirements
  • Supplier failures or external circumstances beyond OZRABAS's control

In such cases, OZRABAS will endeavour to provide a comparable alternative of equivalent or higher value. No cash refund or compensation shall be payable for such modifications, and the User shall not be entitled to cancel without incurring standard cancellation charges on account of such changes alone.

7. COMPLAINTS & REFUND CLAIM DEADLINE

Any complaint, service deficiency claim, or refund request arising from a trip must be submitted to OZRABAS IN WRITING within 5 days of the completion of the trip. No complaint or refund request shall be entertained after this deadline, under any circumstances. Users who fail to report issues during the trip to OZRABAS's designated contact person waive their right to post-trip claims.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE — STRONG RECOMMENDATION

OZRABAS strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, trip interruption, baggage loss, and other travel risks. OZRABAS is not an insurance provider and cannot be held responsible for losses that would otherwise be covered by travel insurance. The absence of travel insurance does not create any additional obligation or liability for OZRABAS.
